01About these terms

These terms apply to every collaboration, booking and enquiry made with Indunil Wijekoon, known as "Man Saranna" ("we", "us"), through this website, email, WhatsApp or social media. By sending a brief, accepting a quotation or making a payment, you ("the client") agree to them.

If a signed agreement or quotation for a specific project says something different, that document takes priority for that project.

02Services

We create promotional content for brands, destinations, hotels and events, including short reels, long-form videos and sponsored posts on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

The exact deliverables, platforms, number of posts, video length and timeline for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

03Quotations and rates

Rates shared through the rate card or by message are a guide. A project is only confirmed once we send a written quotation and the client accepts it.

Quotations are valid for 14 days. Travel, accommodation, entry fees and other on-location costs are charged separately unless the quotation says they are included.

04Payment

A 50% advance is required to book a date. The remaining balance is due before the final content is published or delivered.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing. Content may be held back until payment is complete.

05Content, approval and revisions

We keep creative control over storytelling, filming style and editing so the content stays authentic to our audience. The client may share key messages, brand guidelines and must-include points in the brief.

Where approval is part of the agreement, the client will receive a preview and can request up to two rounds of reasonable revisions within 3 working days. Changes outside the original brief may be charged extra.

06Usage rights

We own the content we create. Once payment is complete, the client may share and repost the published content on its own social media channels and website, with credit to Man Saranna.

Using the content in paid advertising, boosted posts, television, print or outdoor media requires a separate written usage licence, which may carry an additional fee.

Published posts stay on our channels for at least 6 months unless we agree otherwise.

07Sponsorship disclosure

To stay honest with our audience and follow platform rules, sponsored content will be clearly marked as a paid partnership or advertisement.

We only promote products and services we are comfortable recommending, and we may decline any brief that conflicts with our values or audience.

08Rescheduling and cancellation

Shoot dates can be moved once, free of charge, with at least 7 days notice. The advance is non-refundable if the client cancels after booking, as the date has been reserved.

If we need to cancel because of illness, unsafe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a new date or refund any amount paid for work not yet delivered.

09Results

Audience numbers shown on this website are approximate and change over time. While we work hard to create engaging content, we cannot guarantee specific views, likes, followers, sales or other results.

10Liability

The client is responsible for the accuracy of any claims, prices or offers it asks us to include. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount the client paid for that project.

11Privacy

When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address and message so we can reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or share these details with third parties, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing us.

12Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. We may update them from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
